DIY Cable Parts
We aim to ship all our in-stock items within 2-3 business days. For bulk or multiple orders, we will try to ship as a single package to save on postage. Royal mail tracked postage is our preferred method of shipping.
You will find the list of countries we ship to at checkout. If you are unable to find a postage option please contact us, and we will see if we can help. Any taxes or import regulations from within your country of residence lie with the customer.
We are more than happy to provide a 30-day return policy, all returned items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
When we receive a return, it will be inspected and any faults investigated. All return postage cost lies with the customer. Once a return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and the original cost of the item minus postage will be refunded to your original payment account.
For faulty items, a full refund including postage will be paid to the customer.
We do not accept returns/refunds on DIY kits.
We do not accept returns/ refunds on custom cable work – as nobody wants your janky cable colour choice anyway xD
